Customer Care Specialist

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist located at JBS for our Mason, Ohio location. This position supports the JBS warehouse team with allocation entries of shipping orders into SAP. Maintaining inventory allocation for all divisions and data entry.

Responsibilities:

  • Input all inventory allocations into SAP Shipping system accurately and on time
  • Manage finished good inventory to ensure proper delivery to stores,minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Manage detailed reports for the Demand Planning and Warehouse teams to support data-driven operational efficiencies.
  • Will be trained to fulfill as a backup for key roles, providing coverage during team members' time off or vacations to maintain continuous workflow
  • Responsible for keeping plants finished goods inventory updated and resolving issues in SAP
  • Handle purchase orders for warehouse supplies and other procurement tasks, including entering pricing details and verifying accurate billing to control costs.
  • May assume other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification
  • Must have inventory control experience
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong warehouse SAP experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Good math skills
  • Must be well-organized with good attention to detail
  • Display strong work ethics and positive attitude
  • Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and work cooperation with others
  • Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to apply logic and understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved, instructions and to deal with problems involving a few different variables.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, Wednesday through Friday 7 a.m.- 7 p.m. with rotating of every other Saturday. Must be able to work Sundays when needed.
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
  • As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary, and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment.
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays.
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule.
  • Base salary range of [$49,585-$60,000]
