Administrative Assistant Internship
Turabify Co. is offering an Administrative Assistant Internship designed for individuals eager to gain practical experience in office administration within a dynamic and supportive environment. Located in Franklin, OH, this internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop key administrative skills by assisting with day-to-day office operations. Interns will support various departments by managing correspondence, organizing documents, scheduling appointments, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. This hands-on role is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking to enhance their organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities while contributing to the overall efficiency of the company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Organize and maintain company files and records, both digital and physical.
- Support scheduling and calendar management for staff meetings and appointments.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Assist with data entry and database management.
- Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to various teams and departments.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a program related to business administration, management, or similar field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Suite preferred.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
