Your New Role

Based in the Dayton-Cincinnati, OH region, as a General Laborer , you’ll be a key member of our operational crew, ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple scopes:

• Perform landscaping , weed control , bush hogging , and animal husbandry for farm-related projects

• Support excavation and pumping tasks with precision and teamwork

• Handle outdoor labor , including trenching, shovel work , and physically demanding fieldwork

• Operate tractors and heavy machinery to maintain daily operations

• Assist with other essential tasks, including part runs and hands-on support as needed

• Reliable transportation is a must
