Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Material Handler for a 2nd shift temp-to-hire opportunity in Greenville, OH. This role supports production operations by receiving, moving, storing, tracking, and shipping materials throughout the facility.

The Material Handler position is a great fit for candidates who enjoy hands-on warehouse and manufacturing work, take pride in accuracy, and want an opportunity to grow into a long-term role. Key Responsibilities

- Receive, label, store, and move materials throughout the facility to support production needs.
- Pull, stage, and deliver materials to production areas accurately and on time.
- Prepare, pack, load, and ship finished products according to shipping requirements.
- Track inventory, complete basic data entry, and maintain accurate material records.
- Operate forklifts and onsite yard tractors safely, with no CDL required.
- Complete equipment inspections and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $20.50 per hour.
- Schedule: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, 2nd shift.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Greenville, OH.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Receive, move, store, and deliver materials to support production operations.
- Prepare materials and finished products for shipment.
- Perform inventory tracking, documentation, and data entry.
- Operate forklifts and onsite yard tractors safely.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0 to 3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, material handling, or related experience.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to lift materials and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to complete an online assessment within 24 hours of receiving it.
- Must pass a drug screen, physical, and fit test.
- No CDL required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment.
- Experience with inventory tracking, shipping, receiving, or material staging.
- Strong safety mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a production support team.
