Rental Equipment Field Technician (Laborer) – Monroe, OH

With 8 branches and over 4,000 pieces of equipment, we support construction, environmental, and industrial projects across the region. We are headquartered in Nicholasville, KY and continue to grow each year with new branch locations.

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Field Technician (Laborer) for our Monroe, OH location.

This is a hands-on role where you will work in the field setting up and tearing down equipment on job sites , while learning valuable skills in pumping systems, shoring, power equipment, and pipe systems. Schedule & Work Expectations:

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-call rotation required
• Overtime expected
• Local work in the Louisville area (some travel required)
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare equipment for upcoming rentals
• Deliver, set up, and tear down rental equipment on job sites
• Work with pumps, tanks, generators, shoring, roll-off boxes, hoses, and piping systems
• Assist with setup and teardown of hoses, pipes, manifolds, and fittings connected to pumping systems
• Inspect equipment, hoses, and pipe for damage
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues
• Assist in performing preventative maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Help maintain and clean equipment and the branch yard
• Work closely with Set-Up Supervisors and Project Managers
• Assist with HDPE pipe fusion welding (training provided if no experience)

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with hand and power tools
• Mechanical or construction background preferred (not required)
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team

Preferred (not required):

• Experience operating skid steers, telehandlers, or industrial forklifts
• Experience with HDPE fusion welding

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to pass:
• Department of Transportation (DOT) Physical
• DOT Drug Test
• Background Check
• Participation in random drug testing pool during employment
