Full-Time | In-Office Deliver Great Service. Build Relationships. Grow Into Sales . Linda MacDonald State Farm is seeking a service-driven Multiline Representative who enjoys helping people, building strong relationships, and is open to growing into a sales-focused role. This position is ideal for someone who leads with customer care, communicates clearly, and can identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage when it benefits the customer. Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)
This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses. Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full support provided)
Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of your start date

As a Multiline Representative, you will support daily customer needs while building relationships that drive retention and long-term growth. This role is primarily service-focused, with the opportunity to develop sales skills through needs-based conversations and coverage recommendations. Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction, engagement, and contribution to overall agency growth. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to new and existing policyholders Communicate with customers to understand needs and provide accurate policy information Assist with policy changes, updates, billing questions, and general inquiries Build and maintain relationships to support customer retention and referrals Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage when appropriate Support daily office operations including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to support agency visibility Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Collaborate with team members to achieve service and growth objectives Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning and participating in sales conversations Positive, team-oriented mindset Prior customer service, business support, or insurance experience preferred Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above What We Offer
