Experience:

• 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.

Required Skills/Experience: Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to PRIOR to having ever traveled.

Preferred Skills/Experience: One year of recent oncology/chemotherapy administration experience

Required Credentials: ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.

Unit/Facility Details: Experienced oncology nurses are encouraged to apply; training will be provided to qualified candidates interested in administering chemotherapy

Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission

Shift & Scheduling: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

Driver’s license required
