Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Obetz, OH
Start Date: August 2025
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday (School Hours)
School Year: 20252026

Overview:
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the upcoming school year in Obetz, Ohio . The SLP will support students across elementary and/or secondary grades, providing direct therapy, evaluations, and consultation in a collaborative educational setting. This is an onsite, school-based position working with a multidisciplinary team to help students succeed in communication and language development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations using standardized assessment tools

• Develop IEPs and participate in meetings with families and team members

• Collaborate with teachers, intervention specialists, and related service providers

• Maintain timely documentation and progress reporting as required by the district

• Support students with a variety of communication needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Ohio SLP license issued by the Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

• Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Pupil Services License or willingness to obtain

• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
