We’ seek an Expert Level Toyota Technician with proven Dealership Experience. Ideal candidates hold Toyota T-TEN certification or equivalent factory training, with advanced expertise in Toyota/Lexus systems and diagnostics. Compensation:
- $27.00 to $35.00 Per Flat Rate Hour (experience-based)
- Potential Quarterly Cash Bonus Earnings!
Work Schedule:
- 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday
- 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturdays (Revolving)

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on Toyota and Lexus vehicles
- Perform advanced diagnostics using Toyota Techstream and factory diagnostic equipment
- Execute engine, transmission, hybrid/electric powertrain, and ADAS system repairs
- Follow Toyota Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and recall procedures accurately
- Maintain detailed repair documentation and communicate findings to service advisors
- Perform multi-point inspections and recommend necessary services
- Ensure all work meets Toyota factory standards and quality specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Stay current with Toyota technical training and product updates
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior technicians as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of automotive technician experience, with at least 3 years in a Toyota dealership environment
- Toyota T-TEN certification (Level 1 or higher) or equivalent factory training
- ASE Master Technician certification or multiple ASE certifications preferred
- Expert-level knowledge of Toyota and Lexus vehicle systems, including hybrid and electric powertrains
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Own complete set of professional-grade tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or vocational training preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with service team
- Proven track record of quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Possess a driver's license with a clean driving record
