Shipping & Receiving Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Shipping & Receiving Manager to take ownership of our inbound and outbound operations and elevate them to the next level.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of shipping/receiving personnel.
• Oversee inventory control, material flow, and staging to support production and customer delivery.
• Ensure all outbound shipments meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate inbound logistics and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Implement and improve processes to reduce errors, delays, and costs.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.
• Partner cross-functionally with production, purchasing, and customer service teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or logistics leadership (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Strong leadership skills—you know how to hold people accountable while building a team.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor experience is a plus).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Ability to think ahead, solve problems quickly, and keep operations moving.
• Forklift experience and general warehouse knowledge required.
