Athletic Facilities Maintenance Support Tech - Cincinnati, Ohio (Cincinnati)

tdgFacilities is seeking a Full-time Athletic Facilities Maintenance Support Technician to support one of our Cincinnati, Ohio based customers located In the Monfort Heights / Mt. Airy neighborhood of the West Side. The ideal candidate would reside close to this area as the position requires some schedule flexibility. This specialized role requires a commitment to managing various facilities service deliverables centered around a full-service high school athletic facility.

Schedule: This is a Full-Time schedule that requires flexibility with some weekend coverage. This is required to meet the event and grounds needs of the fall, winter, and spring sports schedules as well as some summer sports training needs. Come join an amazing team in a growing company!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver services to customer expectations with an emphasis on the quality of work
• Pro-actively communicate with account leaders and customer stakeholders
• Perform general building maintenance, including scheduled maintenance and break fix of building equipment
• Light duty maintenance including lighting, carpentry, painting, deep cleaning, safety systems, and athletic facilities related tasks
• Perform grounds maintenance duties (trimming, weeding, mowing, etc.) based on seasonal needs
• Support athletic event set up activities based on seasonal needs
• Enter, modify, and monitor tickets within the Work Order system
• Work with account leaders to maintain the facility within the approved budgets
• Assist the site-based facilities team with the total scope of work to ensure customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Mechanical aptitude and general carpentry skills
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to self-manage and perform work efficiently
• Excellent time management skills
• Personal accountability
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening
