At Chick-fil-A, the Delivery Driver role is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to develop skills for life while earning. We are seeking full-time and part-time candidates who have excellent people skills, and are team oriented all with a sense of urgency. We want our delivery guest to feel the same level of customer service in the restaurant and at their doorstep. We expect our drivers to be reliable, prompt, professional and to make our guest experience to be re-markable! You will be paid a set hourly rate, plus you will earn tips. Most drivers earn $10 to $22 an hour based on orders per hour and our guest
generosity.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and our culture at the highest level at all times.
2. Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries.
3. Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, attentive & courteous) at all times.
4. Complete the Driver Training Program.
5.Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
6. Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Responsibilities

Minimum Job Requirements:
• Must have a working smartphone with a data plan, GPS and space to download Bring app
• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to carry delivery tote bags (approximately 5- 40 lbs).
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Must be able to bend over, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
• Previous delivery or professional driver experience is preferred, but not required
