Territory Sales Specialist — OEM Fasteners

Your impact

• Respond to customer requests across channels: in-person visits, calls, mail, and email.
• Generate accurate quotes and supply product information and samples.
• Uncover new customer needs and identify opportunities for new products.
• Coordinate closely with the Rocknel factory from pre-launch timelines through mass production.
• Resolve pricing, delivery, quality, and technical questions by partnering with internal factory experts.
• Maintain regular communication with our head office in Japan.

What it takes

• 2–5 years’ experience within a Japanese corporate setting.
• Preferred: outside sales experience in automotive and fastener industries; automotive knowledge is advantageous.
• Dependable, with a strong work ethic and excellent task organization.
• Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related software.
• Polished verbal communication.
• Japanese conversational skills preferred, not required.
• Ability to shift quickly across tasks with high accuracy.
• Adherence to OSHA and company safety practices.
