Technical Sourcing Specialist
The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for increasing the qualified candidate pipeline in a
growing healthcare environment. As a savvy and skillful people-connector, the Talent Sourcing Specialist
has both a recruiting and a marketing mindset. The ideal candidate is a market intelligence researcher, a
networking strategist, and social media guru that is an expert on all things related to sourcing top talent.
With the goal of identifying quality candidates for key positions, leading with physician recruitment, the
person in this role is an expert in both passive and active recruiting techniques. Top candidates will bring
innovative sourcing strategy and development and will be able to creatively leverage existing tools to
manage a comprehensive and multi-faceted sourcing strategy.
The person in this role must be able to move at a very fast pace, be highly organized, and can efficiently
prioritize. This person must also be able to regularly report on identified key performance indicators to
demonstrate the effectiveness of primary activities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Deploy strategies to identify and nurture top talent for open positions, with 90% focus on key physician roles.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and develop target lists to exceed defined recruiting goals.
- Source passive and active candidates from the internet, social media, target companies, cold calling, networking groups, job boards, and other combinations of recruitment marketing sources.
- Develop thoughtful and personalized communications to engage and nurture candidates.
- Support outreach for recruiting events to increase brand awareness and networking opportunities, including resident dinners, radiology conference participation, RSNA coordination, and job fairs.
- Support social media presence by posting openings and activities, engaging with potential candidates, and acting as a brand ambassador across identified channels.
- Review submitted CVs and applications and identify those with the qualifications to be transitioned to Physician Recruiters.
- Conduct initial screenings to professionally present candidate summaries and CVs to Physician Recruiters.
- Maintain job postings on physician recruitment sites.
- Enter all new candidate demographics, CV history, and education information into applicant tracking system and manage sourcing workflow.
- Provide regular activity reports that include metrics, sourcing plans, priorities, and initiatives.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor sourcing trends to provide the team with new ideas and strategies for physician recruiting.
- Participate in regular meetings with the physician recruitment team to discuss new requisitions, priority postings and confidential searches.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year sourcing or marketing experience with a healthcare agency, search firm or in-house recruiting team.
- Clinical recruiting or marketing is preferred but not required.
- Experience with online sourcing job boards, job posting, and social-media systems.
- Experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates within a robust ATS and/or CRM.
- Demonstrates ability to work in conjunction with marketing and talent acquisition teams in comprehensive team approach.
- Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to take on multiple tasks and function under stressful situations and deadlines.
- Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and possess careful analytical skills.
- Candidate must have ability to work in rapidly changing healthcare environment.
- Candidate must possess versatile computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS and/or CRM.
