Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - USC Client Location: Cincinnati, Ohio 45227 Contract: 10+ Months (Long Term Contract) JOB DESCRIPTION :

NOTES: 8-10 years of exp needed. Team lead role, Portal team within capital markets. Number of initiatives with this app in 2026 and beyond. Need one with strong technical and leadership responsibilities. Full stack exp, read and write good code, strong critical & problem solving is more important than anything. More important, Leadership & comm skills (Verbally & Written), good personality, have calls with team, strong leadership, developing new feature in applications. Contract to hire role after a year based on performance. 2 rounds of interviews, (Technically & Leadership focused). Experience: 8 - 20 years

Technical skills:

• Must Have Application Dev.
• Software Engineer Backend Development DB2 Frontend Development Java React Software Engineering Team Leadership Springboot

Nice To Have

• Activiti Angular Kafka Full Stack Application Development with Strong Leadership capabilities
• Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages, primarily Java leveraging Springboot and JavaScript leveraging React/Angular
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
• Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)
• Software modeling and simulation
• Front end graphical user interface design
• Software testing and quality assurance
• Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
• Support, maintain and document software functionality
• Integrate software with existing systems
• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation
• Maintain standards compliance
• Implement localization or globalization of software
• Undergraduate degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology or a related discipline.
