Overview
We are seeking an Associate Attorney licensed in Ohio and Kentucky to join our team in an entry-level capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mortgage foreclosure and creditor-side collections while working in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support foreclosure and creditor-side collections matters
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Assist with case management and client communication
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on active cases
- Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license in Ohio and Kentucky (required)
- 2–3 years of experience (internship or clerkship acceptable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Preferred
- Exposure to foreclosure, collections, or litigation
