Manufacturing Associate - Production (1st Shift)
Our client is seeking Manufacturing Associates to support a high‑volume production environment. This role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Associates are responsible for following standard operating procedures, completing production records, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

Requirements:
Production & Equipment Operation
- Maintain quality and efficiency of assigned equipment and work areas.
- Complete required production and quality records accurately and on time.
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment according to established procedures.
Quality & Compliance
- Support continuous improvement and cost‑reduction initiatives.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
- Adhere to safety rules, including required PPE and plant safety practices.
Workplace Standards
- Participate in required training.
- Follow environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in assigned areas.
Qualifications/Must-Haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Dependability, teamwork, and ability to follow directions.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
- 1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to use both hands for pushing, pulling, grasping, and pinching.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production documentation.
- Basic measurement skills (using gauges, rulers, or other measuring tools)
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing plant environment with required PPE (hearing protection, eye protection, steel/composite toe footwear)
- Exposure to typical plant conditions; extreme conditions are limited.
