What Office Services contributes to Cardinal Health
Office Services is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures. This includes clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, and distributing mail. Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for arranging and coordinating onsite employee activities
- Responsible for helping with some organizing of leadership schedules
- Responsible for aggregating data and distributing metric reports
- Hosting onsite guests of the site
- Coordinating new hire orientation and assisting with paperwork
- Managing the referral bonus program
- Managing office supply inventory and ordering new products as necessary
- Process any invoices for the facility
- Assisting with any additional tasks that may arise within the facility
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred
- 4 to 6 years work experience in related field preferred
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Proficient in MS Office programs and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
