- Maintenance of resident payer sources
- Medicaid application processing
- Collection of patient liability and private pay balances
- Census management

- Management of resident trust funds
- Minimum of 2 years of business office experience in a long-term care setting
- Prior experience with Medicaid applications required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
