$23.00/Hour Base Pay + $1/Hour Attendance Bonus + Daily Performance Bonuses
Location: Lagrange, Ohio

We're looking for a Landscape Crew Lead who can lead a small crew, make smart decisions, maximize productivity, and deliver high-quality results for our clients.

What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a 2-3 person landscaping crew
- Plan and execute daily work efficiently
- Maintain quality, safety, and professionalism
- Make critical decisions in the field
- Keep jobs on schedule and within budgeted labor hours
- Communicate effectively with management and clients
What We're Looking For
- Landscaping or construction experience
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lead by example
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
Compensation & Benefits
