Senior Manager New Model Sales
The Senior Manager of New Model Sales is responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution for new vehicle models. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, market analysis, and team leadership to drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for new vehicle models.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Use data analytics to inform sales tactics and strategies.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with the finance team to set pricing strategies and sales forecasts.
- Track sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to meet sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify and address customer issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related Engineering field
- 10 years of manufacturing experience.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop long-term sales strategies.
