Sundance Property Management is seeking a full time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Harrison, Ohio! Sundance Property Management specializes in the acquisition and management of investment properties throughout the Midwest. Today our company owns and/or manages over 50 real estate properties, including apartment units and mobile home pads.

Pay: $20-$26 an hour, offer dependent on experience

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and follow up with the Property Manager about maintenance concerns and the status of work orders
• Maintain the internal and exterior condition and preservation of the property
• Assist the Project Manager in contracting vendors and taking bids for special project
• Paint, clean, and repair all vacant units within a timely manner
• Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determines how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary
• Ensure that maintenance parts, supplies, and equipment are always stocked and available
• Assemble, install and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, and equipment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate
• Minimum of 2-3 years of building maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC certified preferred
• Pool Cert preferred
