Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Occupational Therapy (OT) license (state-appropriate and up-to-date)
- Experience or interest in school-based settings
- Confidence working with students aged 5–22 with autism and complex developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments quickly and effectively
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based OT services to students, supporting their educational and developmental goals
- Assess student needs and develop individual treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Track progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide adaptive strategies and resources to enhance student participation and success
