Remote Scheduling Coordinator | Work From Home | Training Provided
This fully remote position is being recruited for candidates based in Columbus, OH. The role offers flexible scheduling and structured training to support successful performance. Candidates should be able to work aligned with Eastern Time (ET) hours as needed.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage scheduling and booking requests for services and itineraries.
- Communicate with customers regarding availability, updates, and confirmations.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information in relevant systems.
- Assist with organizing itineraries and service details.
- Ensure all requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
