We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience. Compensation:
$16.25 hourly
Responsibilities:- Contact housekeeping and/or maintenance departments when a problem is reported and perform basic maintenance so as to minimize out of order rooms
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining, and travel directions.
- Greet guests and patrons to find out their room needs as well as the reason for their visit and manage the registration process
- Balance cash at the end of each shift and generate reports for the next shift.
- Operate the hotel switchboard, answer inquiries, and transfer calls as needed.
- Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels.
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
