Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for Machine Operators for a plastics facility in Lima, OH. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating site-specific equipment (injection molding, blow molding or extrusion) and meeting all production, quality and safety requirements.

Duties:

• Efficient operation of machines and other associated equipment to successfully produce plastic products according to specification
• Follow safety procedures
• Quality checks
• Set up, repair, and troubleshoot equipment and processes

This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All Production and Assembly are offered competitive compensation of $20.50-$21.50 per hour for Machine Operators. Generous referral and attendance bonuses!

Scheduled is a 2-2-3 rotation, 6AM to 6PM or 6PM to 6AM.

Requirements for Machine Operators:

• Previous blow molding, plastic injection molding, or extrusion experience
• Job requires lifting & carrying up to 50 pounds
• Forklift experience preferred
• This is a resume-based role, minimum of 1-2 years at each employer, experience in a plastics facility a must
