A top-ranking real estate professional in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a reliable, high-performing Real Estate Administrator to manage the administrative and operational functions of the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, streamlining processes, and helping others succeed. Compensation: • Salary Range: $42,000 - $52,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Stipend Benefits Available • Bonuses Opportunity - Considered after a 60-day period • Rapid growth potential Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the lead agent • Manage daily schedules, communications, and task coordination • Organize and maintain digital and physical files, documents, and records • Assist with transaction coordination, from contract to close • Prepare listing materials, marketing content, and client packages • Input and track data using CRM and task management systems • Support the implementation of new systems and procedures to improve efficiency • Deliver exceptional service to clients, vendors, and team members • Stay proactive by preparing for the next day’s needs in advance Qualifications: • Have prior experience in real estate or administrative support (real estate preferred but not required) • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented • Have a strong sense of urgency and enjoy completing to-do lists • Can take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, and digital platforms • Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and over the phone • College degree and social media experience preferred • Positive, coachable, and excited about being part of a high-performing team • Candidate will need to be willing to obtain a real estate license upon hiring (Agent will reimburse)About Company: Barmann Homes, led by top-producing Realtor Pat Barmann, is a trusted real estate team under Keller Williams serving Greater Cleveland.
