What You'll Do:

Deliver an exceptional customer service experience that drives store growth, sales, and profitability.
Lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Support store operations by managing inventory, ensuring a clean and organized environment, and overseeing safety protocols.
Collaborate with your team to implement store initiatives and operational improvements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, assisting with sales and service inquiries in-store and over the phone.
Help train, coach, and develop your team to achieve business goals.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade school education is a plus).
Experience in automotive retail, aftermarket service, or a strong interest in learning the industry.
Passion for customer service and building long-term relationships.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with inventory management or cataloging systems.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs when needed.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Background in automotive, heavy equipment, farming, diesel, marine, or dealership industries.
Prior experience in retail, parts stores, auctions, auto body/collision, or restaurant/convenience store management.
ASE certifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and a team-first mindset.
