In this role, you will operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!
ResponsibilitiesPerform necessary machining operations
Use overhead cranes to move parts in and out of machines
Setup material, machines, and tools
Set feed rate, speed, and depth
Use precision gauging to make offset adjustments
Check and certify gauges
- Expierence setting up and running CNC and/or manual mills/lathes
- Experience with precision measuring tools
- Experience with blueprint and other technical drawings
You should be proficient in:
- CNC Tooling
- CNC Machine Repair
- CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
- Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology
- Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement
- Machine Setups for Production Runs
- Manual Machining Skills
