What You’ll Tackle

• Own preventive maintenance: schedule, perform, and document PMs on plant machinery and equipment.
• Inspect, test, and repair components; replace parts to meet performance specs.
• Install, maintain, and fix electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Weld and cut; fabricate and repair metal and wood structures to support production.
• Tune and calibrate instruments, controls, and devices for optimal operation.
• Initiate purchase orders for parts and supplies to keep lines running.
• Complete daily labor records accurately; follow all company policies.
• Perform Lockout/Tagout correctly and consistently.
• Assist multiple production areas and adapt to urgent requests.
• Lift, lower, and carry up to 40 pounds as needed.

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• High school diploma or GED; additional technical/vocational training preferred.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial machinery.
• Blueprint literacy and skill with precision measurement tools.
• Basic computer skills to navigate PM systems and documentation.
• Tow Motor and Scissor Lift certifications required; Arc Flash knowledge preferred.
• Foundational knowledge across mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic disciplines.
• Team-first mindset, professionalism, and rigorous safety focus.
