About the Position
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced NICU RN to provide specialized care to neonates (22+ weeks gestation) in a Level III NICU. The role includes managing respiratory distress, surgical/cardiac cases, glucose regulation, and high-acuity interventions. Must be skilled in ventilator management, line care, and neonatal medication protocols.

Requirements:
Active RN license
BLS & NRP (required)
EPIC and Pyxis experience
Strong background in Level III/IV NICU care
Proficient in ventilator modes (AC, PC, SIMV, CPAP, BiPAP, PEEP)
Skilled in arterial/central line care, infection control, and GI feeding methods
Excellent SBAR communication and multidisciplinary collaboration
