The Role
The Human Resources Manager will play a key role on the site leadership team, responsible for driving the HR strategy and delivering high-impact people solutions. This role combines strategic partnership with hands-on execution to build a culture of engagement, accountability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Align HR initiatives with plant and corporate goals

• Lead employee and labor relations, including union contract administration (if applicable)

• Promote a safe, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives

• Support performance management and talent development programs

• Implement local compensation, benefits, and wellness programs

• Monitor key HR metrics and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HR designation preferred)

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience in unionized settings required

• Proven ability to influence and support leaders across functions

• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
