Job Description:

As an ERA Agent at BP Products N.A. Inc., you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and contributing to the overall efficiency and improvement of our business processes. This position requires a proactive, customer-centric individual who can effectively prioritize workloads and adapt to evolving needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, demonstrating strong communication and conflict management skills.
• Apply analytical thinking to identify and address customer needs and process inefficiencies.
• Actively participate in business process improvement initiatives, utilizing creativity and innovation to suggest and implement solutions.
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen in all interactions, understanding the business impact of decisions.

Work schedule

Sunday to Thursday from 6:00am to 2:00pm EST

Sunday to Thursday from 8:00am to 4:00pm EST

Sunday to Thursday from 4:00pm to 12:00am EST

Tuesday to Saturday from 7:00am to 3:00pm EST

Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00am to 4:00pm EST

Tuesday to Saturday from 4:00pm to 12:00am EST
