Job Description
Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Lead to support 3rd shift production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on role will help coordinate workflow, support machine setups, train team members, and maintain quality and safety standards across the production floor.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily production and workflow priorities
• Assist with machine setups and changeovers
• Ensure materials and work orders are ready for production
• Verify quality standards and completed work
• Train and support production employees
• Maintain organization, safety, and 5S standards
• Help reduce downtime, scrap, and production delays
• Communicate priorities across production teams

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Experience in a CNC or machining environment preferred
• Ability to use measuring tools and read production documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience supporting machine setups or production changeovers preferred

The base salary for this position is up to $26/hr. based on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
