We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to lead operations across 5–7 QSR locations. This role is designed for a proven multi-unit leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops strong teams, and consistently delivers operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple QSR units with a focus on speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.

• Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and Assistant Managers to build high-performing teams.

• Ensure consistent execution of company standards, service excellence, and brand initiatives across all locations.

• Monitor P&L statements, labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships to maximize profitability.

• Conduct regular store visits, performance evaluations, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

• Drive local store marketing, community engagement, and guest loyalty efforts.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Partner with leadership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and future site development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience , preferably in QSR or fast-casual dining.

• Strong track record of developing managers and leading diverse teams across multiple locations.

• Proficient in P&L management, cost control, and financial analysis.

• Hands-on operator with the ability to balance strategy and execution.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Availability to travel between units and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
