Automation Technician
The Automation Technician supports, maintains, and improves automated manufacturing systems within an automotive production environment. This role focuses on ensuring equipment uptime, optimizing automated processes, performing troubleshooting, and supporting the integration of robotics, PLCs, sensors, and other automation technologies that drive high-volume production.
Responsibilities- Repair and maintain automated machinery including robots, PLC-controlled equipment, conveyors, vision systems, and safety circuits.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure peak system reliability and minimal production downtime.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns, performing rapid root-cause analysis and restoring production safely and efficiently.
- Monitor, adjust, and improve automated processes to meet production, quality, and safety standards.
- Assist engineers with implementing new automation systems or upgrades, including installation, wiring, programming support, and testing.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $87360.00/yr.
