Lead Pharmacy Technician Back End
- Leading and assisting Pre-Pack, Picking, Staging, Automated Dispensing, Purchasing, Inventory, Returns/Credits, and Delivery departments toward their primary objectives
- Providing regular and timely feedback on pharmacy technician performance
- Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
- Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws

- Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry
- Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- PTCB National Certification
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
