Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive Sales Representative who is a true hunter — someone who enjoysprospecting, building relationships, and closing new business. This is not an order-taking role. You
will actively generate leads while also managing inbound opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect new clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals
- Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, builders, and homeowners
- Conduct site visits and needs assessments
- Create estimates and proposals
- Close new business and meet monthly sales goals
- Upsell existing clients
- Track all activity in CRM
- Attend weekly sales meetings
Requirements
- Sales experience (B2B or service industry preferred)
- Landscaping, construction, or home services experience a plus
- Personal vehicle required for daily travel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable with field sales and cold outreach
Vehicle & Mileage
- Personal vehicle required. Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate.
- Valid auto insurance required.
Compensation
- $50,000 base salary
- Commission on all sales
- Monthly performance bonuses
- $1M sales milestone bonus
- Quarterly profit sharing
