Job Title: Superintendent
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Overview
Oversee subcontractors, schedules, site safety, and quality control
Run crews and manage multiple teams with authority and clarity
Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and ownership representatives
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
Maintain daily reports, schedules, and documentation using construction software
Represent the company professionally on active job sites
What This Role Is Not
Not a hands-on trade role
Not a working foreman position
No expectation to perform physical construction labor
Requirements
Experience Requirements
Strong ground-up construction experienceTenant improvement and hospital or healthcare project experience required
Currently or recently managing projects approximately 60,000 square feet or larger
Proven leadership on complex commercial projects
Computer literate with experience using project management and reporting tools
Local to the Cleveland market with knowledge of regional subcontractors and regulations
