Opening Supervisor

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people with a servant's heart. You must be willing to work hard, be team-oriented, honest, and have great customer skills to work in our Chick-fil-A restaurant.

Prior leadership experience is required.

Opening Supervisor - General Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be available 5:30 am - 4:30 pm, 5 days a week
• Must be available Friday and Saturday
• Ability to multi-task with a self-motivated positive attitude
• Must have a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Always keeps their team engaged in serving the guest, is a connector of people, and wields their influence to improve performance and morale of the team
• Monitors the business performance throughout their assigned day
• Responsible for the restaurant's condition inside and outside.
• Adds value to the culture and contributes to the goals and vision of the business
• Develops team members according to our hospitality professional model
• Can understand and articulate the vision at large for the organization and Chick-fil-A
• Must be coachable
• Ability to multi-task with a self-motivated positive attitude with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Serves guests and fellow team members with honor, dignity, and respect
• 2 references required
