As a Care Partner Star Trainer, you’ll do more than care—you’ll lead. You’ll be the first friendly face our new Care Partners meet. You’ll show them what Legendary Hospitality looks like. You’ll walk alongside them, answer questions, lift them up, and make sure they’re ready to thrive.

All while continuing to do what you love: caring for residents with empathy, excellence, and heart.

Workload Expectations

To ensure you can devote the time and focus needed for meaningful training:

• Your care assignments will be adjusted during training shifts so you can dedicate time to observation, coaching, and support.
• You will not be expected to carry a full resident load when actively training new team members.

• Train and mentor new Care Partners—show them the ropes, lift them up, and cheer them on.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized care to residents—because they’re the reason we’re here.
• Create a welcoming environment where new associates feel like part of the family from day one.

• You’re flexible — you understand that new hires may train on any shift, and you're available to work days, nights, and weekends based on training needs.
