BILLING SPECIALIST (PART TIME)

To support our Civil Engineers, Scientists, Surveyors and Planners, we are seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to join our Accounting team. As the Billing Specialist at EMH&T, you will play a critical role in assisting in the timely and precise management of billing cycles to clients for services rendered, as well as the creation of accurate billing set up for those clients. The Billing Specialist will compile data, compute fees and charges, and prepare invoices for billing purposes; ensure accurate calculation of rates for services and ancillary charges; posting data; and maintaining other relevant records. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail and a passion for numbers. This is a part time opportunity working around 20 hours per week. Qualifications Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; at least two (2) year's experience in an accounting or financial-related position or equivalent combination of education and experience; strong attention to detail; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively; strong, proven skills with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Word, and Accounting software and ten key calculator.
