CNC Machinist – Mazak Lathe (Mazatrol)
Location: Fairfield, OH | Direct Hire
Pay: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 45 hours/week – Option to work 4 ten-hour days + half-day Friday
First Call Direct Hire is actively recruiting for a skilled CNC Machinist with Mazatrol experience to join a high-performing team in Fairfield, OH. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a stable and well-established company that values precision, safety, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and set up Mazak CNC lathes (Mazatrol required)
- Interpret blueprints and job orders for production specifications
- Use precision measurement tools to verify quality and accuracy
- Make necessary adjustments to maintain production tolerances
- Contribute to a clean and safety-focused environment
What You Need:
- Experience operating Mazak lathes using Mazatrol controls
- Strong blueprint reading and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Ability to work 45 hours per week with flexible scheduling
