Job Title: Maintenance Technician****30-33/hr

Job Description

Join our maintenance department where your responsibilities will be 75% mechanical and 25% electrical. You will primarily work on hydraulic presses, mills/lathes, and conveyor systems. Your electrical troubleshooting tasks will focus on low voltage issues related to conveyor systems and robotic welder machines. Experience with photo eyes and sensors is essential. A basic understanding of TIG, MIG, and Stick welding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance on hydraulic presses, mills/lathes, and conveyor systems.
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting, primarily low voltage, on conveyor systems and robotic welders.
• Utilize experience with photo eyes and sensors in maintenance tasks.
• Apply basic welding techniques including TIG, MIG, and Stick welding.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical troubleshooting with motors and hydraulics.
• Electrical troubleshooting of low voltage systems up to 220v; 480v 3-phase is preferred.
• Welding experience, including any type of welding techniques.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repair.

Work Environment

Choose between a 3rd Shift with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule from 6:30pm-6:30am or 7:30pm-4:15am, Monday through Friday, or a 1st Shift from 7:30am-4:15pm, Monday through Friday. Our work environment prioritizes safety and efficiency, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fairfield, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $68640.00/yr.

Full company benefits are eligible for employees starting day 1 including health, vision, dental, and 401k match.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Fairfield,OH.
