Ukg consultant

CTG is seeking to fill a UKG Consultant opening for our client in Columbus, OH.

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Duties:

• Configure and customize UKG applications to align with client requirements.

• Implement, maintain, and optimize UKG modules across HCM, payroll, time, and scheduling.

• Develop and support integrations between UKG and other enterprise systems.

• Design, build, and deliver custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using UKG reporting tools.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, leveraging SQL and system diagnostic skills for root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes.

• Provide end-user support and training to enhance adoption and maximize ROI.

Skills:

• Proficiency in UKG Workforce Management and HCM product suites.

• Strong experience in configuring and customizing UKG modules.

• Expertise in UKG reporting and analytics tools.

• SQL proficiency for data analysis and troubleshooting.

• Solid understanding of system integrations and middleware platforms.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a UKG consultant or similar role.

• Proven track record of leading UKG implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

• Hands-on experience with UKG integrations and report development.

• Prior consulting experience with client-facing responsibilities preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

• Relevant UKG certifications strongly desired.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
