Role Description:
The Manager of Information Technology will oversee all aspects of Eberhard’s IT operations, including infrastructure management, software, cybersecurity, vendor management and user support. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring the reliability and security of our systems, and providing technical guidance and support to our team and stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into IT strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and implement IT strategies that drive operational excellence and business performance.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, storage, and cloud solutions.
- Monitor system performance to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
- Manage software licensing and compliance.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement software solutions that support strategic and tactical business goals.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures aligned with corporate requirements.
- Develop and maintain risk management practices to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Develop proactive support strategies to enhance the user experience.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and maximizing value.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, procedures, and SOX requirements.
- Develop and enforce local IT best practices and standards.
- Lead and mentor IT team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring alignment with business needs, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage the IT budget, identifying cost-effective solutions and ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
Education, Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT leadership roles with a proven track record of success.
- Strong technical expertise in infrastructure management, cybersecurity, software administration, and IT operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Infor Visual.
