Position Overview
Our client, a prominent Fortune 500 retail leader, is hiring multiple Designers to join their team. This role offers a flexible work schedule (e.g., 9-5, 10-7) and requires on-site presence four days per week (M-TH) at their downtown Cincinnati office. In addition to a competitive salary, the position includes a performance bonus of up to $13,000, equity potential of $3,700, and clear pathways for career advancement within the organization.Role Breakdown:
- Two Designers with a main focus on email design (no coding)
- One Web/eCommerce Designer to focus on creating web assets for the main site and mobile app
- Each role may work on additional deliverables as needed, including print
- Create visual assets for site experiences, email campaigns, paid media, social media, out-of-home (OOH), print, and video.
- Support senior designers in developing creative concepts and executions.
- Apply strong knowledge of typography, photography, and graphic design to inspire action.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, brand managers, and campaign managers.
- Source and select content from stock photography libraries.
- Ensure final deliverables meet specifications for each communication channel.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback.
- Maintain a cooperative and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Advertising, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or Communications.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time design experience in both print and digital media.
- Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or B2C clients in either an in-house or agency environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Strong communication skills-both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
