The Role
This is not a passive support position.
The Chiropractic Assistant is responsible for driving clinic growth through patient engagement, clinical execution, and operational discipline.
You will be expected to:
- Maintain a high-energy environment.
- Create meaningful experiences through engagement and education with every patient.
- Execute systems with consistency and precision
- Use attention to detail for real-time clinical documentation
Core Pillars of the Role
1. Environment & Clinical Flow
You are responsible for ensuring the clinic runs clean, organized, and efficiently at all times.
- Prepare clinic daily (music, lights, systems, treatment areas)
- Maintain continuous patient flow throughout the shift
- Direct patients through care flow (active → table → traction)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of entire office
- Execute weekly operational tasks (inventory, deep cleaning, equipment checks)
- Be punctual and prepared for all trainings and meetings
2. Patient Engagement & Experience
Every patient, every visit.
- Greet every patient by name with energy and presence
- Deliver consistent chiropractic and health education
- Teach and correct exercises with precision
- Set up and manage traction and therapies
- Build rapport and track patient context and progress
- Reinforce doctor recommendations clearly
- Identify and communicate patient objections or hesitation
3. Clinical Documentation & Accuracy
Details matter. Nothing gets missed.
- Participate in pre and post-shift reporting and accountability
- Pull charts in real time during patient flow
- Complete visit notes and documentation daily (no carryover)
- Confirm all patient charges
- Complete insurance verifications
- Manage PI/WC documentation and tracking
- Maintain x-ray and document management
Cross-Functional Expectations
- Support patient communication, scheduling, and front-end flow
- Assist with payments and patient transitions during high volume
This is a team-first, no-gaps environment .
If something needs to be done, you step in.

Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000 - $55,000 base

Hours (Non-Negotiable)
Monday 7:00am - 12:30pm and 2:15pm - 6:30pm
Tuesday 1:00pm - 6:30pm
Wednesday 7:00am - 12:30pm, 2:15pm and 6:30pm
Thursday 7:00am - 12:30pm and 2:15pm - 6:30pm
Friday 7:00am - 12:30pm
