- Serving alcoholic beverages: They pour and mix drinks for patrons, often using the bottles they've purchased.
- Taking orders: They take orders for drinks, mixers, and sometimes food from their assigned tables.
- Customer service: They ensure patrons are happy with their service, addressing any complaints or concerns.
- Table maintenance: They keep tables clean and well-stocked with ice, glasses, and other essentials.
- Entertainment: I bottle servers are expected to entertain their tables, by doing elaborate bottle presentations with lights, whistles, and signs.
- Promoting sales: They may also be expected to encourage patrons to purchase additional bottles or drinks.
