Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray
Location- Wilmington, Delaware
**Tasks and Responsibilities:**
The incumbent shall perform and process X-rays utilizing portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit or transmit the resulting images to a Radiologist for interpretation.
The individual will be responsible for unloading portable X-ray equipment and transporting it to designated facilities to conduct examinations as ordered by the attending physician. It is essential to obtain x-ray images that are clinically diagnostic and technically proficient.
Additionally, the individual will perform electrocardiograms (EKGs) as required and transmit the results to a Cardiologist for interpretation. Exam-related paperwork and billing documents must be scanned daily in accordance with established protocols.
Effective communication with dispatch and management is vital, as is the ability to interact professionally and efficiently with colleagues, supervisory staff, and clients. The maintenance of the vehicle and X-ray equipment is also a critical responsibility.
**Requirements:**
Candidates must maintain the requisite State licenses and/or ARRT Certification, adhere to health requirements, and fulfill all operational criteria. A valid driver’s license in the applicable state is required, with a status of good standing at all times.

- Compact Licenses Allowed
**Additional License Requirements:**
- Limited licenses are not acceptable.
